Transitioning to life after high school, whether it includes college, tech school, or a gap year, can be daunting for anyone, and for students with ADHD, the journey can bring extra challenges. This workshop will explore the skills necessary to be successful in a post-secondary setting, the emotional transitions experienced by both students and parents, and the nuts and bolts of negotiating the application process.
